I’d been following Joe on Facebook and Instagram for quite some time and was always interested in knowing his training style, how he maintained his physique and got his clients into such good shape.

Myself and my wife had been with a Different PT for a 16 week transformation, and although I was happy with my results at the time, I decided I wanted a fresh approach, a different perspective. I didn’t have a way of maintaining where I was…and although I’d followed a plan…the plan came to an end and I was left lost, and thinking “what do I do now”.

From the moment I first contacted joe I felt like he really wanted to coach me, to help me achieve my goals and to get me into the best shape of my life.

This has to be the best decision I have ever made, and, to this day am still working with Joe on new objectives and goals.

He helped me to re-establish a healthy relationship with food and my social life, making sure that I enjoyed life as it should be.

I’d previously turned down social occasions fearing that it would hamper my progress, I’d taken tupperwares with me, and generally just lived on the old school chicken/brocolli/rice kinda thing.

Joe taught me that you can enjoy your food, and make it fun to eat, whilst at the same time working to achieve your goal.

The training plans were easy to follow and highly effective.

My strength was improving on a weekly basis, as was my conditioning.
The nutrition plans were great and although I didn’t need to stick to them to the letter, they proved very useful and they varied so much that I didn’t need to think of any other meal ideas.

Joe was always available on the phone if I was ever unsure about things, or needed a bit of a pep-talk. His reassurance was something that kept me on track, and I can’t thank him enough for the time he spent talking me through things.
His weekly check in took all of five minutes, and then I’d get a call the next day to talk though it, which again proved useful as there were always a few things that id forgot to write on the check in.

If I hadn’t joined the #Jphysique family, then I don’t know where I’d be now, except probably back to square one, searching for ideas and clues in how to achieve what I want.

I’ve just completed a photo shoot arranged by Joe, followed by a Dexa scan just to see where I’m at. Well, I never expected to get my bodyfat down to 12.2% at the age of 34.
